About this book

Samir Abd Rabbo’s Tabarih brings philosophical questions into contact with reflections on loss, love and passing time. References to Nietzsche form part of its exploration of doubt and existential unease, alongside expressions of love with a Sufi inflection. The collection takes the form of reflective writing. Its central concern is the relationship between thought and feeling as a person tries to understand difficult experience.
