This book aims to identify the reality of the competitiveness of Egyptian universities through a field study conducted on a sample of Egyptian universities, from which it was possible to identify the causes of the decline of this capacity in the universities and the lateness of their ranking at the global level. The Delphi method was then applied as one of the modern approaches to forecasting the future, on the basis of which this decline can be treated, enabling us to raise the level of the universities in the global ranking and enhance their competitiveness.
