I Am the Proof

About this book

In I Am the Proof, Dr Doaa Fouad considers the relationship between self-understanding and religious conviction. The book uses inner experience and the concept of innate human disposition as starting points for reflection on faith. It discusses uncertainty, disappointment and psychological distress while distinguishing these concerns from the spiritual search for peace. Its focus is on meaning and belief in difficult circumstances. It approaches the relationship between a person’s inner life and belief in the Creator from a religious perspective.
