About this book
Dr Ibrahim Al-Desouki reflects on the prophetic teaching about planting a sapling even at the approach of the Final Hour. From that starting point, the book considers the value of work when its results cannot be assured. It discusses postponed projects, fear of beginning and the expectation of ideal circumstances, alongside careful effort and giving without demanding recognition. Planting becomes an image for responsibility and the contribution a person seeks to leave behind.
